REFUNDS
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, the company PurityBox d.o.o. is obligated to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the card user's account.
PRODUCTS, CONTENTS, AND SPECIFICATIONS
All products and prices of products and services described or depicted on the site may be changed at any time without prior notice. Certain labels, measurements, and descriptions are approximate and are provided solely for a better understanding of the products. The management takes all necessary measures to accurately display all parts of our products, including applicable colors; however, the color you see on your screen depends on your computer screen, therefore we cannot guarantee that the computer will display colors accurately. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
After an order execution command is issued, it will be sent to the address previously provided by the customer, as long as the delivery address complies with the shipping terms found on the site. All purchases from the site are made in accordance with the Delivery Contract. Consequently, the risk of loss and ownership of items purchased on the site transfers to the customer upon delivery of the items to the customer. The user/customer bears responsibility for any claims filed with carriers regarding damage and/or loss of the shipment after receiving it.

PAYMENT
Payment in the internet store can be made in one of the following ways:

After entering the required data, the bank checks your card and the availability of funds in the account. You will be notified of the payment status via email.

CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). The middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for the informative display of prices in other currencies. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion into it at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.
