Personal Data Controller


In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection and other regulations governing this matter, PurityBox is the Personal Data Controller, bearing in mind that it determines the purpose and method of personal data processing and bears responsibility for storing and using personal data in written and/or electronic form.

Personal Data Processor


In its business operations, PurityBox may process personal data on behalf of the Personal Data Controller, that is, in accordance with its written instructions, in which case it has the capacity of a Personal Data Processor.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection, PurityBox has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Personal Data Collected by PurityBox


The personal data collected by PurityBox depends primarily on: the type of service provided to buyers, users, and clients, the intention of these persons to use its services, the type of contract we conclude with our client, as well as the intention of buyers to exercise their rights based on legal and regulatory provisions on personal data protection. Primarily, these are data without which we cannot fulfill our contractual obligation, and include at a minimum:

  • basic personal data (name and surname);

  • basic contact data (address, phone number, e-mail address);

  • data related to the use of the internet presentation located on the internet domain https://puritybox.rs/;

  • data necessary for creating a user account on the internet presentation located on the internet domain https://puritybox.rs/ (name, surname, e-mail, gender, date of birth, address);

  • data related to the use of the PurityBox internet store (online shop);

  • data related to Newsletter delivery;

  • data related to Loyalty program membership;

  • data related to the conclusion of a sales contract and the administration of that contractual relationship;

  • data necessary for concluding a consumer credit contract;

  • other personal data necessary for the realization of the client's rights based on legal provisions on consumer protection.

Collection and Use of Personal Data


PurityBox processes personal data for the purpose of realizing the sales relationship for products from its own offer, for the purpose of fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, as well as for the purpose of achieving its own legitimate interests of lawful business. If required by relevant legal regulations, we will ask for explicit consent from the person whose data is being processed (You) for specific reasons. The reasons why PurityBox processes personal data to conclude and fulfill contractual obligations are:

  • sale of goods;

  • sales and marketing activities of PurityBox;

  • administration of the contractual relationship;

  • management and receipt of objections, complaints, and claims;

  • delivery of purchased goods;

  • collection procedure or forced collection of debts;

  • sending notifications via Newsletter;

  • other legal obligations arising from PurityBox's business operations.

The reasons why we process Your personal data based on our legitimate business interests are:

  • notification of changes related to business terms;

  • prevention and detection of fraud.

For all other activities not covered by the above reasons, we will request additional consent. Once given, consent can be revoked at any time.

Access to Personal Data


PurityBox applies appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the collected personal data is processed only in a manner consistent with the purpose for which the personal data was provided. If necessary for the execution of PurityBox's business activities, access to personal data will be granted to third parties, namely:

  1. state authorities as well as public authorities which, for the purpose of implementing legal obligations, have the right to access personal data;

  2. lawyers;

  3. service departments, financial institutions;

  4. other business partners.

All third parties are obliged to process personal data exclusively according to the instructions given by PurityBox, except for state authorities and public authorities.

Processing of Personal Data


Personal data that will be processed by the processors listed in the section Access to Personal Data, whose responsibility and obligation is to protect personal data and maintain their confidentiality, is defined by a contractual relationship and in accordance with all technical and organizational measures and legal regulations governing personal data protection. Personal data collected by PurityBox for the purposes listed in the section Collection and Use of Personal Data will not be available to anyone who does not have PurityBox's authorization to do so.

Terms of personal data processing for the provision of delivery and goods return services For the purposes of providing delivery and goods return services, PurityBox collects the following data:

  • name and surname

  • delivery or pick-up address

  • phone and/or mobile phone number

  • e-mail address.

PurityBox makes the aforementioned data available to business partners - logistics service providers, for the purpose of executing the contracted services. The partners providing the services are authorized by PurityBox to process the personal data of customers exclusively for the purpose of executing the contracted services.

Exercising Rights


When provided by law, the person whose data is processed by PurityBox has:

  • the right to information about the processing of personal data;

  • the right to withdraw the given consent at any time (revocation of consent) if PurityBox processes personal data with the given consent;

  • the right to correct and/or supplement already provided personal data;

  • the right to delete personal data when they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were given;

  • the right to submit a complaint either to PurityBox or to the competent state authority.

PurityBox provides the data subjects with the following communication channels to exercise the rights listed above:

The person whose personal data PurityBox processes submits the subject request in person in such a way that authorized persons of PurityBox are enabled to identify the applicant.

Right to Complain to the Supervisory Authority


In addition to the complaint that the person whose data is being processed can submit directly to the Controller (PurityBox), a complaint regarding the processing of personal data can also be submitted to the office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra no. 15, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, via e-mail at office@poverenik.rs or by calling 011 3408 900.

Retention of Personal Data


The retention period of personal data is determined by the purpose for which PurityBox processes the subject data. For example, data collected for sending notifications via the Newsletter is kept as long as the person is on the Newsletter list, i.e., until the moment consent is revoked. The data of persons who have created a user account on the PurityBox internet presentation is processed until the user account is deactivated. Personal data collected for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract is processed until the contractual obligations are fulfilled. Data collected due to processing based on a legal basis is kept in accordance with the time limits of the provisions of the relevant law (for example, the Law on Accounting, etc.).

For the purpose of delivering notifications to persons from the mailing list, PurityBox may use the services of external business partners. In the aforementioned case, PurityBox gives them exclusively the data that the person made available to it for the stated purposes for processing. The selected business partner uses the data only for the purpose of delivering notifications, for the period while the person's consent exists (until consent is revoked), and may not use the subject data for other purposes. PurityBox will not share the data provided for sending the Newsletter with third parties, except under the previously stated conditions. If a person has not subscribed to receive notifications via the Newsletter, but as a buyer or registered user of a user account, they may receive a notification from PurityBox related to an order, payment, i.e., activities that the person themselves initiated. Entry into Force and Updating of the Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy enters into force on October 13, 2025. PurityBox regularly reviews and updates the content of the Privacy Policy and aligns it with its own business processes and/or with legal and regulatory obligations.
