Refund policy

The Client is entitled to terminate the Purchase Agreement at its sole discretion and without cause within 7 days. The possibility of returning the goods ends on the eighth day after receiving the shipment. The Client is obliged to inform PurityBox Customer Service on time. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Client. The Client does not bear any costs other than the cost of sending the product to the PurityBox office in Belgrade. Importantly, the goods were returned to the address of Gospodar Jovanova 47 in Belgrade within 10 days after receiving the shipment. Products must be undamaged and unused. In the case of poor quality or defective product, the customer is entitled to an immediate refund or replacement of the product upon receipt of a photograph showing the defective product in the PurityBox customer service mail.

In case of returning goods and refunds to a customer who has previously paid for one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, “PurityBox” d.o.o. Belgrade is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller's request, will make a refund to the cardholder's account.
