How to use

[Cabbage Cream]

1. Take out Cabbage Cream from the fridge when it is the appropriate temperature for cooling massage (check the blue cooling mark).

2. Remove the cap

3. Check the temperature on the palm and roll it onto the area you want to massage gently

4. Massage softly for 10 minutes

[Cabbage Patch]

1. Place the cabbage breast patch in the refrigerator to bring it to a temperature suitable for cold compresses.

2. Remove the breast patch from the pouch and open it.

3. Attach it to your breast.

4.Massage for 10-20 minutes, taking break
