No reservations are needed for this magical place. The hotel manager knows full well that feelings cannot plan in advance when they will appear or depart, so she always welcomes and sees them off with open arms.

Her most important task is to carefully listen to the needs of her guests and settle them into a room where they will feel good and safe. From experience, she has learned that Anger needs space, that Sadness can flood our bathroom, and that Love brings along a whole team of other guests like Hope and Joy. Sound familiar?
